UMMC institutional student loan / federal campus-based student loan

If you currently are enrolled at UMMC, you must contact the Office of Student Financial Services about your federal campus-based student loans and/or your UMMC institutional student loans.

Note: Promissory notes, truth-in-lending forms and all other related forms from the Office of Student Financial Services cannot be returned by fax.

Alumni access to institutional student loan programs

ECSI is our student loan servicer and you may access your federal campus-based student loan and/or your UMMC institutional student loan online. You may change your address, make your student loan payment or determine a deferment end date. If you do not remember your student loan account number, visit ECSI website.

Deferment request

A request may be submitted to defer payment on your UMMC student loan. To determine which request form you need, click here to find which form is needed. Some forms have their instructions included; others require their instructions to be downloaded separately. Failure to file the correct form will delay a review of your student loan account and could result in the requirement of payment.
